There's no mention of the proposed bag reduction for red grouper?

I was thinking the same thing.

I noticed the one-page table of regs can't be printed on a single sheet.... I It dosent even wrap to a second page. Anyone else having printing problems?

I also don't the the 2-fish limit on red grouper dstockwell mentioned.

It is a two fish Red grouper limit that takes effect 7/15 but only for federal water.

The page you're trying to print is 11x17, either shrink it to fit on 8.5x11 or use 11x17 paper.

i printed it out with no problems, it reads the same on red grouper to me, where did someone see red grouper ( 2 ) in federal waters ? Maybe they ought to ride with me some, Sat and Sun we had 17 grouper and 14 of them were reds and tons of throw back reds. The gags seemed much more scarce lately.

Frank, the above link is for state waters only. Effective 7-15-04 you are only permitted 2 red grouper in federal waters. Interestingly, the NMFS hasn't updated their web site since 2003.

Here is a link to the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council where they elaborate on the 2 red grouper rule to take effect on July 15, 2004...look under "updates", you might need to scroll down the page a little.
