Is Rotary Reef worth fishing this time of year? If I were to fish there tomorrow, what techniques would work best?

I've filled a 150 qt cooler with gags a few times trolling firetigher 18 in that area in November. 20-40 feet. There is more bottom structure in that area than most can believe.
