Looking for advice on boat storage in Carrabelle

Looking for a safe place to keep 21' Pro Line Sport (on the trailer) in Carrabelle other than the Moorings. Grateful for any suggestions.
There is a small place just west of the Boat Club. The guy who owns it is Lee, he has been a great mechanic and resource over the years.
We have used him to work on our boat for a few years and have always been happy with his work. He bought the property a year or so ago and opened a small store.
I think they have space in the yard to store boats.
