OMG! Instead of milk and cookies I guess I'll put out some Mike's hard lemonade and truffles.

So, this magical dude lives in the North pole, and spends all year making toys and spying on little kids.
One night, each year, he flies around the Earth in a magical sleigh, carried by 8 magical reindeer, and delivers gifts by sneaking into your home through your chimney. If you've been good, you get good gifts. If you've been naughty, you get coal.
He has legions of little elves to help him make/deliver toys.
Oh, he has an extra reindeer with a nose that glows bright red, lighting his way on foggy nights.

Someone wrote a book depicting Santa as a gay, black man.

Tax cuts just passed.
It's legal to say Merry Christmas again.
Choose your battles.

Every time you're are upset of something like this think about why this story is put in front of you.

Distraction?

Don't be a sheep.

Just another example or how some of our citizens are insane. Didn't need any more proof.

The kids will figure out gay people exist eventually.

And people wonder about where this country and the world is headed and why

Only thing more silly than a homophobic these days is someone who buys into Christmas to their core. The world does need such people to buy silly crap to drive our economy though.

It's a holiday for selling dead trees and wrapping boxes but it's fun for children... It's not the media that sells it short.. It's you.

Young or old the rest of your life is going to suck with the viewpoint like that.

Definitely a strange thread. While my family supports the idea of Santa (albeit a very pale, white Santa), Jesus is the center and the reason Christmas exists.
