It is the ResQLink+. I bought the unit brand new 2 years ago and have not replaced the batteries. Luckily, I have never had to use it but there are buttons and lights for you to test to make sure it works.

That's a PLB, not an EPIRB. An EPIRB is registered to a vessel, plb to a person. Where are you located?

Mine is registered to my name and boat. Maybe because its an ACR (same company that makes epirbs) they register it with boats unlike most PLBs.
