FYI: The new red grouper regulations start tonight at midnight(7/15). The new limit is two per person in federal waters , however it is still five in state waters (within 9 miles of land). Just to let y'all know

How do you get a federal fishing regs book ? All i have is the one the state of florida publishes ( the one everybody has ) which says 5 grouper , mixed bag.
