				More dolphin out of Carrabelle

				Stumbled across this nice cow fishing ~30 miles out of Carrabelle near the S Tower. We had previously caught a bunch of peanuts in June that you can find in my previous post.

				Nice fish, great grilling!
Just got back from covering the Blue Marlin Grand Championship in Orange Beach.
Several of the boats reported seeing big pods of dolphin offshore. Flipper and the barracuda were making it hard to keep live bait on for some of the teams.
Another contestant, a 39 Contender focusing on wahoo, ran 1,000 miles round trip. They encountered 92-degree water.  

   Hope it's not boiling up a batch of hurricanes.

				Were you  trolling or  pitching bait  to them???? NIce one  for  this  area  and depth. How  deep is it at s tower  70 feet????

We were bottom fishing while drifting and noticed this solo mahi swim up near the boat. Pitched a live blue runner at it and it took a few swipes before finally gulping the bait down. This was in about 100ft of water.
