Those roller net boats are the ones who desstimated the mackerel population on both the east and west coast of Florida.

And yet they continue to tighten restrictions on recreational fishermen.

That's more fish than everybody on this forum will catch in a lifetime....and they say recreational fisherman deplete the resources......
