Panacea pier 9/24/18

Went to Panacea today to try my luck. Weatherman said 10-15 kt. winds and light chop, boy was he wrong. I got there and clouds everywhere and thundering all around, carried my rain suit and walked out on the pier any way. Caught a few catfish and small bait fish before the wind really picked up. Fished til 2 in the high wind (no rain) and got 3 nice white trout, a 2 ft. blacktip shark, and big sailcat along with several hardheads. Brought back a mess of fish anyway, and it beat sitting at home.
