Miccosukee motor restrictions and fishing

Does anyone know for sure if the 10 hp regs apply to fisherman? I read the florida rule under duck hunting and it states for the use of taking ducks and coots. Anyone ever asked about this?

Just talked to a man Friday that fishes the lake four days a week and runs a 25hp. said he couldn't wait for duck season to be over so he could fish.

Yes nothing over 10hp during duck season, which went out today.
