Curious, anybody use these as bait, catch your own or can I find them
some where at a bait shop ?

Catch them myself. excellent bait.

DB is right-
I use them when I target sheephead. A Sheephead will take a fidler over a shrimp. The best time to catch fiddlers is on low tide.
