Rental

I'm interested in a short term rental down in the St Mark's- Shell Point area. I've seen AirBnb and VRBO, but those are all nightly rates.
Maybe 60 to 90 days?

Almost every property on AirBnB or VRBO will do a term rental at a discounted rate, especially times like now when the bookings are slim. Just contact them via the platform and let them know how long you're looking to stay. I've done it multiple times for prices less than a third the advertised nightly rate.

They're cracking down on vacation rentals right now but i'm not sure this is the type of rental they were talking about. I don't really have a strong opinion on whether you should or not just felt like you should figure that into your research.
