In Franklin County there is a boat ramp that has a sign that says "closed to non residents". I am happy that they aren't closing them for the residents. Oh, and there are several out of state tags on vehicles in the parking lot. Interesting :D

That literal claim has been made by more than one poster, across multiple threads, including earlier in this one. People have gone crazy.
