In Franklin County there is a boat ramp that has a sign that says "closed to non residents". I am happy that they aren't closing them for the residents. Oh, and there are several out of state tags on vehicles in the parking lot. Interesting

Who made these numerous claims that it's a constitutional right to have access to a boat ramp? I guess i missed those.

That literal claim has been made by more than one poster, across multiple threads, including earlier in this one. People have gone crazy.
