Their announcement said at the end of the month. There were 20 trailers in the lot yesterday. When this is over, I'm going to have a little talk with the board. They should not have cowed down to this sheriff and the old women of the village.

Well if there were 20 trailers in the parking lot it sure as heck ain't closed.

Looks like it was closed to everyone but their inner circle unless they reopened it to all, and word just hasn't gotten out. Pretty annoying if the first scenario is correct.

Carrabelle Ramp was BUSYYYY on Saturday. I didn't check any license plates though.

It's likely people are just using it despite the bogus rule. Could you imagine them arresting someone out of a crowd, in a public park, solely based on where they live?
