Where can I find it on a Apalachee Bay chart, approximately ? Is it a
good fishing spot ? Probably rather dangerous for your boat ? Thanks.
If I ask to many ignorant questions, just slap me around a bit.

Chalk is correct. The area south of Palmetto Island shoes several rocks on the chart. The chart won't say Rock Garden, but that area has lots of rocks. It's a large area, and all of the rocks aren't on the chart.

Good fishing, baaaaad rocks, everywhere. Especially where you don't expect them. I usually pull the big motor up and drop the trolling motor in well outside of the RG. A 10' john boat and a go-devil might not be bad, but would be a long ride.
Tom can give you the approximate triangulation.

Black Rock (on the charts page) marks the South of it, Grey Mare marks the east of it (technically there are more rocks east, but that's the boundry) and a white PVC pole marks the west of it. Basically about 3 miles east of the light house will put you in it.

Powell, if you continue to associate with this group, you will not stay out of trouble.

By the looks of it I could do far worse, could use a little
trouble once and a while, just to shake things up.
