Freshwater Input?

We haven’t had a round of freshwater like this for a long time & I’m wondering how it will affect fishing. For the short term I’m hopeful that it will help with water temp and for the next month or two add some biomass to charge the system. That could equate to a plankton surge & more productivity.

If I sound over academic I guess it's because I share my office with a renowned marine biologist that lives to fish & talk ecology. It gets complicated. Suffice to say all this rain is going to do something. Anticipating what it might do is a version of fishing to me, especially when I can't do the real thing.

Tell that renowned marine biologist to sign up and start chatting.....I think it will be good, everything needs a good flushing every now and then....
Two years ago when the Econfina river was up to the sea wall at low tide, from the influx of copious amounts of rain fall, we were catching trout right next to the bank, the "Infamous" 30 inch trout came in the boat that day
