Dragging the boat from NC down to Crystal River in a few weeks, we've rented a house with a dock for a week.
Any tips and tricks for inshore and maybe nearshore for the area? Any worries about navigation?

Check out the web sites for Captains William Toney and Dan Clymer. Both are natives, know their stuff and share great reports on the latest action. Very cool area. Don't stray from the channel, even in the river. Lots of gnarly rocks and they don't give.
