Tequila Shrimp

I did this a couple weeks ago with some jumbos in a basket on the grill. It was KILLER!
Tequilla Prawns
Ingredients:
12-18 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbs. Olive oil
1 tsp. Sesame oil
1 Tbs. chopped Serrano Peppers
2 Tbs. Garlic, chopped
1 Tbs. Shallot or green onion, chopped
3 Tbs. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
¼ cup Orange Juice
2 Tbs. Fresh Lime Juice
¼ Cup Tequila
1 Tbs. Chili Powder
½ Tbs. Cumin, ground
½ Tbs. Sea Salt
This is real simple. Combine all of the ingredients, minus the shrimp, in a large bowl. Whisk together. Now add the shrimp and marinade 2-4 hours. Do not marinade overnight. You will end up with a spicy chemical cooked shrimp.
Pre-heat the grill. Once the grill is ready to go, throw some shrimp on and fire away! Cook until just firm.
I found out what to do with that tequila I don't drink anymore.
