Scratch and Smell

A can of Bang Garlic scented fish attractant exploded in my storage compartment yesterday while bass fishing the river. The smell was so strong it was making me sick and I had to quit fishing. My tackle, PFD, rain gear, cast net and jumper cable bag smell so bad, I soaked them in an orange based citrus cleaner but that didn't help much.. Short of my lab letting one rip, this has to be the worst smell on earth...On the bright side, I won't have to worry about vampires but how do you get garlic smell to go away?

Things I would try:
Baking soda
Vinegar
Tomato juice (works for skunks)
Bleach (for the things you can)

Thanks guys. doom, I checked Lowe's and they had a dozen Zep products but none for oil. Haven't had a chance to check Home Depot but since the smell is getting a little better each day, I think I'll just let it air out another week or two. It's too darned hot to fish any way. :smt010

Last batch I ordered from Amazon because it was cheaper, it's been harder to find as of late
