Left out at 06:30 with Tom K and a Bainbridge buddy. Didn't stop at the cans, loaded up on goggle eyes and a few sardines at the "O" tower, finally found some bait at the "S" but they were small. Hit some hard bottom spots in 110'. The bite started out hot with fish on every drop. Picked up 2 red snapper, 5 gags and 4 reds. Dropped down some live squirrel fish at the Exxon- no takers. Finally got one short AJ on a gog, cuda chewed on him on the way up and finshed him on the way back down. Drifted some live bottom in 65' and got two more red grouper including the day's big fish at 12 #'s. Water temp 85 degrees and gin clear outside 50'. Only saw one scattered weedline north of "O". Light NW wind and 1' seas until the sea breeze kicked in late. Good day.
