Anyone have fishing experience there? Favorite river? Probably looking at a 1 day guided, fly fishing trip. Likely south Tahoe, but not fully locked in yet.

Not really interested dropping 100’ for lakers in the middle of the lake unless someone tells me I should reconsider. Caught plenty of those when I lived in Michigan. Any other options?

Sounds like a few days in Tahoe, Yosemite and then the SIL’s birthday in Napa. Still have the BlueRidge trip first and will give a report when I get back.

Do a search on Truckee river. Great trout river but some of it is privately owned.
I think California and Nevada both stock it. I never have fished it but have traveled both ends of it.
Several fly shops in Reno or used to be. You could contact one of them for info on a guide.
