HERE'S THE MAJOR CHANGE FOR THIS TOURNAMENT... YOU MUST PROVIDE A PICTURE TO THE CLUBS PRESIDENT ON A DIGITAL DEVICE WITH A DATE AND TIME BEFORE YOU WEIGH YOUR FISH SHOWING THE FRANKLIN COUNTY BOAT RAMP YOU LAUNCHED AT!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
