Fished Friday in the rivers. Lots of trout hanging in clumps at channel's edge, and I caught a slot red (in the net). Trolled on the way back and caught this 32 inch bad boy (released).

Any of these diving lures with some orange on the belly seem to be good for trolling in the rivers this time of year

Nice. It’s been an easier fall for fishing than we’d been having iirc. I’ve never caught a Redfish on lures meant for Redfish. Granted I’m not a flats man and most of the ones I’ve caught have been on accident. The few I’ve caught on purpose with Gulps are even rigged a lot different than what people do.
