The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council is soliciting feedback on red grouper.

I politely informed the Council that there are a lot of red grouper and that there is no reason to close the season early again, etc.

I wrote them on red and gag feedback.

Still believe aggregate system/limit is best…. Longer fishing season, way lower bycatch loss
