I am leaving for Shields within the hour, and will fish this evening and into the night! (Boat is ready and I'm on the way to the shop to get it and go directly to the water...)

30 keepers 17-23. Five of us fishing. Details later.HERE'S LATER::
Left the LH at 7:30 went east. Wind; BLOWING,water; stained(real);water temp 75-79. North wind made drifting bearable.Caught fish continuosly,lots and lots of keepers. Most on ct with anything green attached. Quite a few on soft jerk baits. Fished from Redfish point to Stony Bayou in 2-3 feet water.

We were about to send out the Coast Guard! Glad you made it back. Did you leave any fish out there??? :D

Yup. Left plenty there. Tons of short ones. They'll make good keepers next year.
P.S. The man checked us back at the ramp; said we had the most and the biggest he had seen all week. That was nice of him.
