Went for the usual Saturday wadefishing trip, brought my co-worker from Punta Gorda, who came to Tally to get away from the devastation of hurricane Charley.
I was worried about the crappy east wind but when we get to the spot it is really calm.

We catch the shrimp, the Bite is ON.

He nails an 18 inch trout (always nice to have guests from another place be the first to catch a nice fish ) and I miss one helping him get his fish in.
My turn I catch a 16in trout.

The wind picks up from the east and the bite is off.

Two in the cooler is worth 10 in the grassbed.....

Yeah the water was alot better. It was the best bite since before the hurricanes started hitting us. Only prob was it turned off pretty fast.

Too bad you couldn't make it aucilla, next time.
