I had planned on hitting the bay at first light but the weather channel made me feel like the world was coming to an end........Sitting around bored, I took apart a Penn spinning reel to see how it worked :o .....Finally said bump it, I'm going.....The place I had scoped out was there, but I finally saw the no parking signs :hammer: :hammer: ...So I cruised on down the road and found a place to park.....Long story short, I finally caught a descent game fish....Two Bronze Bombers (Redfish) 10" & 12",on topwater :-D , nothing great, but it sure made me feel good and I was on foot to.... 8)

Several misses on topwater, switched to a hard jerk bait and caught a large pinfish. Then something took about 10 foot of drag and decided to let go, acted like a spanish....

Moral of the story is, if you have a bad attitude, go fishing.......

Reds on foot, I love it.... 8) :-D

Also tired of the weather channel...
Watching the wind on my way to work this morning I thought that if I had one of those river running kayaks with a skirt I could set it up to fish in water so rough you would never put a boat in.
It would almost be fun.
