"helpfull info on inshore fishing?"
The two posts so far are about the weather. Point is find something else to do, especially with the wind out of the east.
That said, I'm dieing to go too. Here I am just cruising the forum so I can think about fishing.
Of course you're welcome to prove us wrong & I really hope you do. Then I'll get to vicariously participate when I read your report. Take some pictures too cause while I may say I just read the articles...

Time to talk back. Went out of Keaton Sat. Wind was not bad went north a few miles. Fished 2 ft or les, mullet every where. No reds to be found. Caught a mullet by accident. Used it for cut bait, caught several keeper trout, one over 20 inches. Better then staying home.

2true, working the sea bass into your supper plans on the way home does give your trip high marks.

ragansm1, nice job. I was wishing I could go. Any trout over 20" are special.

Especially when I didnt have to cook/pay for it. I gave him the trout (got a freezer full of it) ;-) and kept the black sea bass.

It was a 20$ plate of food :lick:
