On the water by 8:30 am, headed out to the bird racks, saw some bait fish, but no cobia.
There was a bit of weed line out there so decided to drift, 5 mph out of the south.
Caught up with a nice 19 inch trout, couple under sized blue runners and a surprise very nice blue fish. First I've heard of, thought they schooled by never got another. Move to the west a ways and found a little hole. Another nice keeper trout and a couple of sharks. My daughter was home from college and we had a very nice day on the water.
