Was sitting at Riverside about noon and couldn't help but notice the river, how calm and no water movement. With the warm temperature and a front coming for the next week I couldn't help myself. I asked a couple of people if they wanted to go, but no takers on such short notice (30 minutes). On the water at 2pm headed out. The seas were about 1' with the roughest in the river on a passing boat. Trolled for 1 1/2h with no luck except for catching a big rock. Anchored up on a spot with cut bait and had a limit of gags in 30 min. 2-28" 1-26" and 2-24".
