My brother from Ohio was in Cbelle visiting my father and I went down thursday night hopeing for good water so I could take him Offshore. The fish god smiled because fri. and sat. were great days weather and fish wise. Friday we fished between 40 and 50 ft. with 5 keepers (2 red and 3 gags) and several nice black bass, the fish of the day was a 200lb + bull shark, that thing almost spooled us so we had to chase it down with the boat. Sat. was almost flat and the grouper was hungry for live pins and froze cigars, the strange part to me was we hit red snapper and AJs in 40' of water. My brother got the fish of the day again with a AJ that was 46" and had to be pushing 50lbs, total kept sat. was ( 4 gags and 2 AJs). The water temp started at 62 and ended at 65 in the afternoon. In the bay it was 59. The clarity seemed good and there was very little surface activity. Short grouper was abundant and kept things interesting all day. Nothing broke and ran WOT all weekend. I tried my drift anchor and was very pleased before we used it our lines would be at almost 45 degrees out the back and after we put ot the sock our lines were almost strait down  . 8)
