I am planning an overnight trip during the full moon on the night of Monday May 27th. Does anyone know if the public ramp at Keaton's Beach closes at dusk or is it always open? If it closes how can I launch after hours?

The ramp is supposedly open from 7-9 however, no lock as of yet. The trip was OK. Went out and turned south towards the rack. Caught a nice troup using a mirrolure with props. The fish were slow basically due to the wind and a small storm that blew up out of the east. We endured the wind and sprinkles. The fish did not really start biting until almost daylight. Will try again, but will leave ramp around 3-4 and fish uintil noon.
