Has anyone fished Keaton Beach or Spring Warrior areas lately ?

Had friends at Keaton Beach all week. Not much going on..on shore. Fairly good off shore. 
Keaton/Spring Warrior

I went yesterday (Saturday) and we didn't get a single bite. We fished jigs, Catch 2000s, and Yazuri's in the shallows. The highlight of the day was the beautiful sunset.
