Anyone planning an offshore trip for Thurs?? We are planning on going out of Carrabelle Thurs AM if anyone would like to follow us out. I always feel better with two boats (my VHF radio is broken)

Sounds to me like we need to have some of our folks sit down and have a dose or two of brain food

Thanks for your willingness to fish when you should be working. You have more work ethic than I do. I will be "on call" tomorrow. Anyway - my VHF just has a squelch issue and appartently works, so we are headed to Port St. Joe to fish the bottoms off mexico beach. The offer still stands if anyone is in the neighborhood. You will have to turn off your GPS and put it in my boat if you follow me out

. Just kidding --- we will use your GPS and I will follow you.

If I could, we would

If ya followed me though, you would be more lost than Robison Corusso "or whatever they call him"

Well, for any of you that were interested in going be glad you didn't.
The weather man was WRONG!!! The weather sucked and the fishing sucked

However, the boat ran great and I did not have to work, so I came out pretty good
We ran out 16 miles from PSJ and fished in 80'. Tried a few different spots and caught one short grouper

and a red snapper that looked thankful that it was January! I will meet with him again this spring
Anyone want to buy a boat? Appartently I am causing this prefectly capable boat to lead an under priviledged life by not getting to catch fish. I feel like I owe it a better home

Mighta shoulda stayed with Carrabelle, SW4M. We had a little luck yesterday in 3 nice gags for a party of 4.
If ye having a streak of bad luck, do something different to chc ya luck- maybe carry a special rock in ya pocket, or if you find a chicken bone, throw it over ya left shoulder and don't look back.
Gotta break that hex or maybe a little more positive thinkin might do it.
