At ten oclock they had to ask us to leave, we were still going strong. Atleast Pat Mcgriff was. A very talented speaker and extremely knowledgeable. Too bad lots more folks weren't there. The twentyfive or so that were had a good time. They also got bait samples from Saltwater Assassin, including some new test colors.Everyone else will have to wait until they hit the store shelves.Sorry. :-D

Steve, I figure the plastics was worth about $30 but the information took it well over $150!

How about a short synopsis for us folks that couldn't make it :smt010

Quick Synopsis: If you fish you need to do math.

;-)

There was A LOT of information and I was 20 minuets late and my head is still swimming with all the info. There's way too much to REALLY cover in a "quick" synopsis, not to mention the jokes wouldn't be as funny. I wish I had taken notes because half of what I heard is already seeping out.

The man should have been a standup comic. He'll make you laugh, feel like an idiot, and overflow your head with information.

He divulged a tremendous amount of information about the Keaton area. More so, he divulged even more information about how to fish, where ever you go.

Chalk, he told the whole world about the redfish "Secret Weapon". And, Cajun Thunder is building one that a 17" redfish won't straighten. (I managed to leave the meeting with 2).

OK, It only took me close to an hour to rig the first wire rig.
Who's got the secrets regarding working with wire leader?

I already know that it can poke the crap out of your fingers
Walmart Thomasville Rd had some 6/0 bronze Eagle Claws on close out for < $1 per 5. Got several packs and found the wire and other stuff too.

They didn't have the small worm sinkers in black though.
