Keatons / Rock Island Area

Planning on a fishing trip tomorrow morning. How has the fishing been lately? What time have the rains on the flat been starting. Here in Madison it is usually around 3 or so. I would like to fish until 12 or 1. Want to try for some topwater action while the winds are predicted to be very light. I have been going out of the Fenholloway and going west, how is the fishing to the left and south?
