I am making plans for a pre- AM voyage. Only a severe T-storm will keep me at home. I might have to ride that washing machine, but a man has got to do what a man has got to do. :-D

:smt006 Yep, I still plan on going. All these fish catching reports are driving me nuts. Plan on watching the forecast tomorrow and going Sunday afternoon hopefully. If not Sunday afternoon then Monday or Tuesday I'm skipping class and going.

I have only been out half a dozen times last year, want to go so bad,
don't know if I can stand it, but sounds a little rough for a rookie, I keep
waiting to see "smooth to moderate, winds to 5 to 10",
are a lot of you guys going out ? or being patient ? Thanks!

I plan ta take both fresh and salt gear with me, if the inshore is to rough "or a lack of water with the strong NW winds", I'll just try the Bass in the lower Ochlockonee :-D

Gilligan, I am by no means an "old salt ". I also have a small boat ( 17 ft Key west ). If it's as rough as they predict you are gonna get pounded pretty good in a 16 ft skiff. I generally err on the safe side. rather be home :smt010 about not going than have someone else :smt010 cause I didn't come back .

Since I'm only 10 minutes from the bay :smt025 I can drive over, take a look and if it's a no go, it's not much ta just turn back around and hit the river :-D In all honesty, if I had ta drive for an hour or more, I probably would not go tomorrow :o
