What does rain do for scalloping??

Hey anybody know how all the rain recently will affect those tasty mollusks I plan on hunting all day Monday???
I heard they are fairly sensitive to salinity changes, will this rain keep them off the flats longer or in deeper water??
I'm probably heading out Monday no matter what, but I'd sure appreciate any speculation on their abundance
