External Speaker for VHF

I need an external speaker for the VHF. It will live inside the radio box. Do I need a regular speaker or a horn spekaer? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I've got one that looks like the picture, but don't know the brand name. First one I've ever had, and I would recommend getting one.
