I'm done with this wade fishing bit....

Looking for a jonboat (under 3K) or similar small craft. Hoping for something to take close inshore and on local lakes and rivers.

Thanks in advance. :D

John Boat for Sale...

Hi Dave7. I just upgraded to a flats boat and am looking to sell my 12ft John Boat. It was my first boat and I used it for fishing the flats, rivers, and local lakes. It is a 1998 Landau flat hull with a 2003 Mercury 9.9 Outboard. I bought the boat three years ago and the motor two years ago. I paid $860 for the boat and $1918 for the motor. I have oars, seat covers, and have babied the motor since I got it. I placed a classified asking $3000 but really would like to see it go to a good home from someone from the website. Let me know if you are interested. -Bill

Wevans, I don't have a photo but I will try to get one. Just talked with my dad and the boat is 15 ft not 16.

Thanks Chug  - but I'm looking for something a bit wider. I've already got a little Mohawk 13' that I use for freshwater and on windless days at the coast.
