Well helped get my friend's boat in the water for the season. Went to East end and caught one spanish right off the bat. Looked for pompano to no avail. Moved around and started catching trout on a variety of baits. Lost one of those holographic rubbery suspending minnows (tornado lure) to a small hammerhead. Sorry to lose it since it caught some big fish. No shorts which surprised us. All in all it was a great day on the water. Limit of heavy trout, spanish and a flounder.
