Wanted: Versatile flats/ bay/ bass/ pleasure boat

I'm in the market for a used center console bay/flats boat. I'd like something versatile that I can use for bass fishing on area lakes and taking the family out tubing and riding. Most of my fishing will be saltwater flats, freshwater lakes, and near offshore (5-7 miles). My budget is about $13,000 or less. (Preferrably less!) I have been checking out boat trader, but haven't seen much available within 150 miles of Albany. Does anyone know of any good deals? Any suggestions as to a particular model of boat or website to check?
