Storm effects?

Alright you old timers and experts. What will the effect of the storm have on fishing from St. Marks to SGI this weekend and next week. Will there be any bait fish or will they all be washed up around Monticello or Perry?

I'm not old or an expert, but the old timers say that fishing off shore after a big blow is awesome.....inshore is more complex...water is usually stained, salinity is up or down...I would speculate that inshore would be not so hot, but that's just a thought....

I would agree that it won't affect the redfish bite. The question is, with as much water as we got in our area, where will the redfish be?

Where they always are. Look for them along the 1'-2' deep grassy shorelines adjacent to current or deeper water, current flowing around oyster bars, current flowing from ditches, creeks, etc. onto sandy, grassy, or spotty flats. Just remember, fresh water , muddy water, cool water or warm water, it doesn't matter much to a redfish. They're a lazy bunch and are looking for the easy meal.
