:-D When is it going to be worth trying again and where? :-D Are there ever any at or around the Ocklocknee shoals?

HnM-

I picked up a dozen or so over on the West Flats at the St. Marks River Entrance in front of Patty's Island. Found them in less than 24" of water. They were were also smaller and few and far between to way the least. Too much effort involved to reach the limit.

Ocklocknee shoals might be a good place to try, but you'd probably have to swim between the bull sharks to get em... I'm a little skeerd of the open water in that area, you might attract the interest of a large predator... :o

I would try St. Joe Bay if I were going for my limit, but I haven't heard any scallop reports from there at all..... :(
