Boaters World coming to T-town ??

I was in Daytona Beach this past weekend and went to the boaters world across from the race track. Picked up a new catalog and in the back where they list all their locations it says coming to Tallahassee in '05.
Anybody else hear this or know when and where ???
It's about time we got a boaters world.
