New Grouper Limit Stories

Has anyone experienced or heard any stories concerning the new Grouper limits? Mainly, has anyone been checked in federal waters with a state limit of grouper? I wonder if they are actually enforcing it.
You just can't fix stupid.

Between the regs you speak of and the price of gas I don't even know anyone who has been. :-?
