Mercury 3.0 Liter Outboard....

I saw a RIB center console with not one, but two 3.0 liter Mercury outboards on it..... :o ...I bet that is one fast machine

All I can find on a 3.0 liter is this...
Mercury’s Racing division has created a 3.0 Liter V-6, 2-cycle low-emission OptiMax outboard that runs on JP5, JP8 or Commercial Jet A fuel. In emergency situations when JP fuels are not readily available, the JP OptiMax can also run on gasoline or diesel fuel.
I bet that sucker will haul.....

Also saw a Boston Whaler that had new twin 250 Verado's on it... I asked a guy on the dock about it and he said it was scary fast.....
