winterizing a 4-stroke?

Any thoughts on anything special I should do to get a 4-stroke Suzuki ready for winter? I'm thinking some Sta-Bil in the gas at the least. But I know some of y'all probably do a lot more than that.

I've had a 4 stroke Honda for almost 10 years. It doesn't get much rest in the winter. The colder it gets...the better the fishing. I go many times in the winter.
A little sta-bil in the gas if I don't go for a week or two...and I'm ready to go.

So the best maintenance is to fish in winter, too. I knew there was a reason I moved to Florida.

I have the Suzi 4 stroke and use it straight through the year. Above advice about draining water and the light bulb for hard down cold conditions is worth considering.

Thanks, OD -- sounds like simple is as simple does. With any luck we'll have some clear, calm, not too cold days to put the boat in. But after this weekend, I'm beginning to wonder ...
the only precautions I take in the Winter is to lower the motor to allow the water to drain from around the prop, and if really cold, put a 100 watt light next to the foot
