I'm not in the market but it sure looks good. Beautiful area and I love that window by the dinner table.

It is LP siding......it is in good condition but will eventually have to be replaced. We were going to put on vinyl siding and a new roof, but decided on a new place in town instead of repairing and staying. This was the reason for asking $25,000 under appraisal. The first couple that looked at it signed a contract and put down a deposit for the place as is Since then, we have had 2 backup offers for more $$$ than what we were asking. It was a STEAL for 3.5 acres down the road from Iammonia and all kinds of folks have jumped on it.....even with it being right at Christmas. It is all gonna work out nice and get me a little closer in the town to make the drive to the water a little closer
