I'm in the process of moving back home to Crestview and need to get rid of some stuff. Moving from a 700sf apartment back into a 150sf room takes some doing.

Fenwick 7' 6-15# spinning rod. Model number HMX S70M-2. Excellent condition, used very little. Originally an $80 rod, will sell for $50.

Pinnacle 6'6" 8-12# spinning rod. Model number YMXT662SPM. Like new. Came in a combo with a reel and only wanted the reel. Used maybe 1-2 times. $20 SOLD

Quantum GW60 on 6'6" Offshore Angler PowerStick. Reel holds 210 yards of 20# mono. Rod is rated for 12-20# line. Good condition. $60

Quantum GW70 on 6'6" Penn Spinfisher. Reel holds 260 yards of 20# mono. Rod is rated for 15-30# line. Good condition. $70 SOLD

Shakespeare Ugly Stik BWS1100. 10' 2 piece 15-30# line weight. Excellent condition. $40

Shimano Speedmaster TSMIV. Like new, used only once or twice. Bought this reel to build a rod for and haven't had the time. $75 SOLD

Quantum Hypercast spinning reel. Good condition. This would make a good reel for inshore fishing with 6-8# line. $20

Cabelas spinning rod/reel case. Will hold a up to a 7' or 7'6" 2-piece spinning rod with reel attached. Excellent condition. $20

I'll probably have more for sale coming soon, possibly including some of my custom stuff. All reels come with free mono spooling in the # of your choice.

Yeah, hate to move back home, but it's a good opportunity for me. I've got to learn how to fish my home waters again, as well as some new stuff over around Pensacola. I'll still be over in Tallahassee some visiting my brother and sister-in-law, as well as fishing my honey holes down along the coast.

Nathan, I looked on the Quantum site to see what the GW's are and don't see them... what type and size are these two you have? Thanks

They aren't made anymore, but are great reels. I posted the line capacity for each. One I would have to call a 15-20# reel and the other a 20-30# reel. Each combo sold for around $130 new and they are still in very good shape. The GW60 has seen more use than the GW70, but both have been properly taken care of.

Nathan:

Are you still going to be making gaffs and rods?

Yeah, I'll still be building rods and gaffs. I'm still building a snapper/grouper rod for the bash in February also. Right now I'm actually back logged through about March on rods. Had to quit taking orders so I can catch up. Don't want my wait to be that long. I'm not sure how much time I will have to build this semester either. Have an internship with the FWC starting in a couple weeks.

I'm waiting on the custom stuff to come up on the auction block...

Custom stuff won't go up unless it has to. I'd sell more of my personal custom stuff, but it always seems to be forever before I get the chance to replace it. Everyone keeps me busy with new builds, rebuilds, and repairs. I'm not complaining though. :-D
